how can I get outlook and google accounts to merge from macbook to iphone 13 pro with ios13 - without manually adding each account? I cannot get passwords out of Apple Mail on my laptop and do not want to have to reset every single account and manually add them all to this new phone.

In order to have the accounts sync, they do need to be set up on each device. This is going to require the password for these accounts.
