Apple Support "We're trying to reach you" ... except you've never actually called

I'm attempting to get Apple Support to contact me, I've provided my number 4 times, and I keep getting an email message "We're trying to reach you at the phone number provided but we're getting voicemail. We'll try again soon."

Except, I have no missed calls. I've provided the correct number.

And there is no other way to contact Apple Support.

So how am I supposed to have this issue resolved?

At this point, I just want to inform Apple Support that their calls are not going through.

I was finally able to speak to someone at Apple Support using the following number: 1 800 275-2273

The issue I sought support for is resolved. I don't know about the "We're trying to reach you..." bit

The issue is Apple Support's phones are not actually calling me, whether I select "Call me now" or "Set an Appointment".

Here are the series of emails:

We're trying to call you at the phone number you provided, but we're getting voicemail.

Except, there have been no calls to my number.

I would love to chose a chat option, but there is no Chat option currently available.

How would you like to get help?

Choose the option that is most convenient for you.

    • Buy an AppleCare Plan
    • Check your eligibility and add coverage online.

    • Schedule a Call
    • Make an appointment for Apple Support to call when it’s convenient for you.

This is not the place to inform Apple of anything. We are users like you trying to help each other. The best way to tell Apple anything is to use the "Get Support" link located at the top right of this page, or use the feedback site: Product Feedback - Apple

Glad your issue was resolved.
