Cell service

I am switching from a iphone 13 to a 13 pro max, I did all of the data transfer and it is all on my new phone but the cell service did not transfer??

That’s correct. Cell service is not transferred with the other data.

If you are using a physical sim card, just move it from the 13 mini to the Pro Max: Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone - Apple Support
