How can I restore my apple watch functionality?

Apple watch not working after updates installation. I followed the instruction to restore the functionality of the watch with no luck.

Apple Watch won’t pair anymore I started updating my Apple Watch but midway my wifi went off. I set my Apple Watch series 4 to update today. The update finished but the watch will not reload. It constantly tries to reboot.
