After Updating Touch Stop Working

My iPad running in excellent condition . After update i have an issued with touch, there is no any scratches , no physical damage. My iPad is out of warranty ... if apple update create problem in hardware then its a business policy ... it was running fine ... if there is any physical damage then i can agree with this problem...
