After upgrading my Mac desktop OS to Monterey V. 12.01, my (free) Adobe Reader (32bit) won't work. Which adobe product works with Monterey? How do I find/download it because I can't open existing adobe reader app to get an update.

Preview is a great reader, but not good for filling in forms. You will have to ask Adobe why Reader is not working for you. Are you getting it directly from Adobe's site?

You're welcome, but I don't know what scrolling list you are referring to. When I open the page I have two choices, download Reader or the Acrobat Pro Trial. You did ask about Reader.
For example, Preview does not do forms very well.

It says installation complete after opening the download and running through the prompts but this is still happening. How is preview suppose to help in this situation? Also, how do you add signatures to preview?

Isn't that only for the premium version? The OP said the free version.
I'm having the same problem as Lookingforsolutions2. I believe this is the scroll list they are referring to: https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/ There is no option beyond 0S 11.X. What's weird is that the page gives a message that my system is 10.14-11x. I've changed everything to open with Preview. Will see how this works with Thunderbird when I want to save an email as a pdf.

FWIW, you do have to download the PDF and open it in Reader. Installing Reader has no affect on browsers.

You don't need Adobe Reader. You can just use the built-in Apple Preview: Preview User Guide for Mac - Apple Support.
