In Columns View, each column on the right-bottom shows a two vertical lines symbol. You can grab it and move left/right to set the column width accordingly.

How do I change the width of the lines between columns in Finder's column view? If you look at the two photos included in this post, you'll see that in the FIRST photo (below), Finder is in column view and the line between the columns is very thin. That's how my Finder has always appeared. However, about two hours ago, the view suddenly changed and now I have these REALLY thick lines between the columns, as you can see in the SECOND photo (below). What the heck?! How do you make columns equal height? How do you make columns equal height? There is an option for width, but apparently not for height. TIA
