Hi, MimiW1234,

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities. We understand that Touch ID is no longer working for a specific app after you changed your account password for that app. We're happy to provide you with some information!

Each app developer decides whether their app will utilize Touch ID for login and verification purposes. Typically, Touch ID is not the default login setting in third party apps, and you must enable Touch ID within the app itself to use it. For security purposes, it is possible the app developer has chosen to disable Touch ID when login credentials are changed. We would suggest looking within the app to enable it again.

If you have trouble getting Touch ID working within this app, but it works everywhere else, you'll want to speak to the app developer directly. You can get their contact information following the steps here: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support.
