Auto Silent mode iphone

Incoming calls to my iphone 12 goes into silient mode. Hence missed many important calls

Why are all my calls being silenced? What if I don’t want my calls silenced at all! I am missing plenty of calls because calls get silenced when the iPhone is locked. I see no options for letting calls get through regardless of whether phone is locked. Am I the only one having this problem?

Silenced calls Hi, i was asked once to silence unknown calls but now im missing all kinds of calls. I tried removing the silence in do not disturb setting but it only gives me the following options: always silence when phone is locked (most of the time) I want to be able to receive calls as normal, do you know what I should do ? thank you!

i have check the follow and it all ok thecsetting

I have rebooth my iphone 12
check to see if I have accidently switch on " do not disturb mode"
. checked checked sound mode if accodently turned on silent mode
