Is there any way to update apps if the App Store is disabled via screen time?

Is there any way to update apps if the app store is disabled via screen time? Because my parents added screen time to my phone and disallowed the app store, so whenever an app needs an update, I'm not able to play it anymore.

no, give your parents your phone so they can update the app for you.
