Mac Pro crashing periodically on its own

Hey all. Thanks in advance! My Mac Pro has had crashes and panic reports generated for a while now. But clueless on how to gain anything from the reports. I've just shifted to this machine for dev purposes and now need it to hum like a charm. And, well, not crash!

Attached is my EtreCheckPro report.

my EtreCheckPro report.

Thanks!

Mac Pro, macOS 11.6

when you install a third-party anti-virus app, its operation looks like a virus attack to macOS, which is completely capable of protecting itself without any third party add-ons.

When you add more than one, you bring your computer to its knees.

Remove all third-party anti-virus, then run your report again.

also, you appear to have some adware installed:

Launchd: ~/Library/LaunchAgents/local.job.windyupdate3.plist

Executable: /usr/bin/osascript '/Users/***/Library/Mobile Documents/com~apple~ScriptEditor2/Documents/WindyUpdate2.scpt'

Details: Domain name invalid - possibly adware

Running app: /Applications/Tautulli.app/Contents/MacOS/Tautulli

Running app: /Library/DropboxHelperTools/Dropbox_u501/dbkextd

Details: Restrictive app permissions - possibly adware

AND a VPN, which does NOT improve you security, it just makes your Mac SLOW:

[Other] com.nordvpn.osx.helper.plist (? 0 - installed 2020-04-19)
