Search don't work inside labels

When you have checked a coloour label and you want to search in the labeled files it does not work in monterey macos and the search works for all files and you can not search in ONLY the labeled files.

For example, here are my yellow labeled files in my computer:

When I want to search only for files names that contain "JORGE" word, it gives me search results of all my computer files but it cannot give me only search files insides the yellow labeled:

It does not work since when I updated to Macos Monterey, so it's a macos error which I thought it would be solved few days after but I see that months pass and problem remains. Please I need help because I use many times these kind of searches and they are one of the win points versus any other OS.
