My outlook email opens but it pops off after a few seconds. I’ve removed the account from my phone then readied it, but it didn’t fix the problem

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're unable to open your Outlook email on your device. Does this happen with any other email account? If you’re using Microsoft 365, have you tried the steps here? Set up an Outlook account on the iOS Mail app
