Once you back up your iphone (7) to your laptop, where are the files, photos, etc.? How do I find them?

This will tell you where to find the iPhone backups if you are using iTunes, however, the backup file can only be used to restore your iPhone, you cannot view individual file, photos, etc. in the backup file.

It is probably stored somewhere on your C drive.

You won't be able to view the contents of your backup.
