Logitech Webcam with new 16" M1 Max Pro - Camera not recognized
Hello, I have a 2021 16" M1 Max Pro running Monterey 12.0.1. I have tried connecting two different Logitech webcams, a BRIO 4K and an older C920, and both exhibit identical behavior: by looking at About This Mac -> System Report, the webcam is recognized and listed as an Audio input device (and works as one), but it is NOT recognized as a Camera (and therefore no entry for it under the "Camera" category of the System Report other than the built-in camera).
Also, Logitech Capture crashes when trying to open it:
I have tried the following:
- Two different cameras
- Different cables
- Different ports
- Installing Rosetta 2 manually
Both cameras, and Logitech Capture, work perfectly on my 2018 MacBook Air (and a Dell XPS).
