Unintentional erasures
I have an iPad mini 4-5 and I have created files in mail for storing tax, personal and business documents I want to save. Recently when I add a new item to my files all items in the files are deleted.

Hi, B24ert, and thanks for reaching out. We see you're having some issues with items removing themselves. We'll be glad to look into this with you further.
To begin, are you referring to Folders within the Mail app, or some type of actual files? When you do this, are you actually sending/receiving these documents in Mail? Or are you just saving them as drafts?
We look forward to hearing back from you.
Cheers!

Hi, B24ert. For this particular scenario, there are a wide range of possibilities. To start, we'd recommend attempting to recreate these folders following the steps outlined here: Use mailboxes to organize email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you do that, and issues still persist, you'll want to reach out to Apple directly to look into this with you further: Get Support
We hope this helps.
Cheers!
I’m just saving emails like receipts, utility bills, or any email.
Yes, they are folders I created within the mail app
They are just emails I receive, or say a receipt from Amazon, or utility company.
