CalDav not received from iPhone

I have a Pop account for email and calendaring. When I send an email or calendar item from Outlook on my laptop both are received by the recipient. If I send a calendar invite from my iPhone (XS) IOS 15.1, the calendar invite is not received. Since it works on my laptop I can only assume it is an issue on my iPhone. This is NOT an iCloud account. my iCloud calendar invites works just fine.

Contact your POP email provider but updating to IMAP would probably help.
