Why is there no pattern lock in iPhone 13 mini

Hi,

As far as I have explored there are only two types of security locks .i.e. pin code and faceId. Why did apple removed the pattern lock option. That option is really handy to use. Forcing users to use faceId is not a good option. Many users like me don't like using faceId

I have been having iPhones for the last 12 years and have never seen a Pattern Lock on iPhones and iPads.

Just for your information Pattern locks is very insecure compare to sex digit Passcode and Face ID.

The way I see it, Face ID is going to be used everywhere in the future. Now many Airports use Face ID for boarding into Aircraft instead of scanning the boarding pass. During an immigration process also Face ID is being used.
