My watch locked me out somehow and will not allow me to input the passcode. I’ve unpaired the watch to try and set it up again but it’s not connecting. How can I fix this

How can I reset my watch so that it will pair to my iPhone again if I am locked out of my watch and I have already unpaired the watch from my iPhone because that’s what directions had given me

Have you tried this;

To unpair and erase watch and remove Activation Lock

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.
