hearing impaired

What is Apple going to do something to make their phones more accessible to the hearing impaired? I love my iphone but have had to purchase a Google phone in order to be able to "talk" to others face to face. The google Live Transcripts and Live caption features are a godsend to myself. Apple really needs to improve their phones to accommodate these features for those of us who are hearing impaired and love their iphones. Apple if you need someone to test these features for you once you've added them, feel free to let me know.
