I'm trying to pair my apple watch series 1 with new phone

I'm trying to pair my apple watch series 1 with new phone and it is asking me to setup facetime and bringing up an email address for apple id that I havent used in at least 12 years. I am not able to change it with my correct Apple ID and password and not able to skip that part to complete setup

You can ask apple to remove the activation lock online on this page;

Online Activation Lock Removal Tool.

Or this;

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
