Silence spam calls on IPAD with “calls on other devices” on on the iphone

Please note that the “silence unknown caller” is turn on on my iPhone.

The problem I’m having is with my iPad, NOT iPhone.

All spam calls are successfully block on the iPhone but get forward to my iPad. Meaning that although my iPhones doesn’t ring my iPad does.

Also the iPad doesn’t have the “Phone” app so please do not refer me to how to turn on the “silence unknown caller” feature on the phone app. As I have stated it an iPad problem not iPhone .
