passwords change notification

When I opened my messages app I received a warning on my I-Phone (not my computer) to change several passwords that it identified as being "at risk". The message listed several organizations that are particularly at risk. I was going to change the passwords but I'm unable to locate the message now.

Is this message legit? It listed several organizations for which I have passwords.
