if i turn off purchase sharing will it remove subscriptions we already share such as icloud and music, i have an adult in my family that wants to use their own card when buying certain things but with purchase sharing on it locks him out of the ability to use his own card, the only card available is the family card

We understand you have questions on family sharing payments. We're happy to offer some guidance.


When you enable purchase sharing, all purchases get billed through the organizer of the family share group.


How to share purchases with your family


If someone in the group leaves the purchase sharing, they can use their own payment information to complete purchases, but they will no longer have access to any of the purchases being shared by other members of the group.


Turning off purchase sharing does not cancel subscriptions. If you're looking to cancel subscriptions you have purchased, you can do so with these steps: How to cancel a subscription from Apple
