Error_7E7AEE96CA while upgrading to macOS Mojave

My computer can't upgrade to mac OS Mojave , I get a message that says, Error_7E7AEE96CA, can someone tell me what I need to do?

macOS Sierra update to macOS High Sierra issue I have a Mid 2011 iMac and i'm trying to update from macOS Sierra Version 10.12.6 to HIGH SIERRA. However, I keep getting this error when I install and it attempts to restart my computer "An error occurred while preparing the installation. Try running this application again." Can you help me figure this out?

Error from Sierra to High Sierra Hello, I have an old macbook pro (Mid 2010) using macOS Sierra 10.12.6. I can't upgrade to High Sierra 10.13.6 it shows an "unexpected error". Isn't it compatible? Thanks!
