Series 3 Apple Watch

Hello, I have a series 3 apple watch that has never given me problems before. Last week it started to slow down and said it needed an update, I then proceeded to update my watch and then all of a sudden it turned off and will now not turn back on. Not sure on what to do next.

Watch 4 will not turn on again after latest update Watch 4 (purchase 30th July) has worked fine after after update to OS6 on 20th of month. I usually turn off and on my devices after major update. Today I have turned of my watch for the first time since it was purchased and it will not turn on again. If I put it on charger get Apple logo for a few seconds and this repeats again and again. Must be related to update because it obviously turned on when purchased. ARGH this is the first day in 4 years I have been without an Apple watch.
