my friend gave me air pods and it keeps saying it’s tracking me how do they it i disconnect it from their icloud

Find My locates AirPods that are associated with your iPhone, if Find My iPhone is enabled in Settings. Let’s reset your AirPods, then pair them again with your iPhone to see if this helps:
