Hello! I have the Apple ios Widget visible on a home screen (the smallest widget). How do I change the artist image on the widget and how do I change what the widget opens to? For example, can the image be set to the last artist played?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you would like to make changes to how your Music widget appears on your Home Screen.
If you currently have a song playing, the widget will be the album or artist. Otherwise, it will show recently played music. There is not a way to permanently alter the Music widget appearance to a certain artist. Check out Add widgets on iPhone.
