I've been trying to add a PDF to a Notes folder that I use to store recipes, but I get a message from the system indicating "Maximum Attachments Reached." What does this mean? and how do I correct it. I have a paid iCloud account, plenty of storage remaining.

From our understanding, you are unable to add anymore attachments to your recipes note. We can certainly understand your concern and can help provide some insight.
Are you able to add an attachment if you create a new note? If so, you have reached the maximum number of attachments that can be added to an individual note.
