Complaint of volume of call too low - repeats every 4 months

Dear Apple

I am Apple customer since 2012. I have used 3gs, 5c and 8 at present.

The present Gen 8 phone is bought in USA in Nov 2019

When i Used 5S from 2016 to 2019 i experienced this problem and it was cleaned once in Service centre to fix it , then it was fine with no problems.

But with i phone 8 since 2019 i faced the similar issue 6 - 7 times. every 4 months

when under warrenty free cleaning was performed twice . Then 3rd time i was charged 700 Rs in authorised service center for just cleaning the device.

Due to pandemic , in 2021 August i encountered the same issue , when i approached the service center they asked me to change the speaker as the same is muffed. and charges Quated was 2400 Rs. As they could not make it immediately due to non availablity of stocks.

As i manage my Office work also through phone i got it fixed by replacing the new speaker with a privte service center by spending 2400 Rs. But again now face the similar problem. I approched the other service center and he says once again i have to change the speaker at the cost of 2500 Rs.

I am sorry to say that i am fed up with this . We buy apple for its superior Quality and Security but on contrary such issues are not addressed at all. Being a loyal customer of apple for more than 8 years i feel very bad to use this phone by spending 5000 to 7500 Rs.

I request apple to give attention to my concern and advise me accordingly.

If i do not get a positive response in the next one week,

I do not see any point in using apple products anymore
