The screen in my A1990 is broken, and I want to use the A1286 as an external monitor, is there an adaptor cable for that purpose?

Or should I just get a USBC-3 to HDMI cable and use a TV?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.13

Thank you for the quick response.

I should have mentioned this is only a temporary need to get things off the A1990 and clean it up so I can sell it for parts.
