iphone 13 not connecting to certain websites

I saw iphones have had this problem before with iphone 6 and XR according to a past question. I just bought my iphone 13 and can not access the Victoria Secret website. I just get a blank white screen. I purchased 2 other iphone 13 for family at same time and their phones have no problem.

I tried Safari and Google. I tried clearing the cache and data history, rebooting phone, looking for content restrictions, checking date and time stamp and resetting my router.
