Disney Plus not working on Apple TV 4k

I could not get Disney Plus working on my Apple TV 4k. When I click play on any title, there’s no video, but the sound is okay. It only showing black screen but I can clearly see the Disney Plus logo at top right corner. Other streaming service are working fine.

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 15

Try this for any misbehaving app:

Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue still persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.

I have the same problem, deleted and reinstalled the app but still the same problem saying my HDMI cable doesn’t work. I fix it when I restart my Apple TV 4K but doesn’t last for long so far. Hope this works for you.

I did all of the above already, and more than once. Even to the extend of resetting my Apple TV 4k and changed the HDMI cable.

Unfortunately, it still doesn’t not work. I guess the only sensible thing left was contacting the developer on this issue.

But is there any other way that I can try for the time being? This is frustrating.
