IPhone Storage doesn’t come on, only buffering

Any suggestions on how to get “IPhone Storage” to run? I only get buffering lately…

Other Storage shows Zero KB I have iPhone 11, updated the same to iOS 14.5.1 but when I check the storage the last Othe storage shows Zero KB, can anyone help me why I'm seeing that.

Hello NotAgain908,

It sounds like your iPhone keeps buffering.

Is the phone frozen? If so, check out If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen.

If the iPhone is going slow or freezes, you can follow About iOS performance on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Something else that may help is this article:

Restart your iPhone
