144hz Monitor Doesn't Work In Boot Camp

I have an external 144hz monitor (ASUS VP249) connected to my Mac via a Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapter. When I am booted to macOS Monterey, the system can identify the high refresh rate just fine and pushes 1080p/144hz video without issue. However, in Windows 10 installed via Boot Camp, Windows can only run the monitor at 60hz, and neither Windows Settings nor the Radeon Software utility has any indication that the monitor supports anything more. I have installed the latest version of the Radeon driver and software and other than the OS my setup is exactly the same between the two systems. Is this a limitation of running Windows on this hardware, or could there be a problem somewhere else in the setup?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.0
