Video stopped playing on my iPhone 12 Pro Max.

With no apparent reason, my iPhone 12 Max Pro, with the latest iOS, stopped playing videos. You press the key to play any video, and shows the initial frame, but does not advance. Could this be an issue related to the last iOS update? Or a Hardware malfunction? (The front and rear camera stopped working as well). Memory utilization showed around 45% free. I decided to reset the iPhone and restore from my backup to have a reset start. Do you think this will solve it? Restore from my iTunes backup takes hours to complete and I'm still 5more hours to go. D you have any recommendations?

It sounds like your iPhone is experiencing issues with playback and your iPhone. We will be happy to assist you.

Resetting and restoring may help in this issue, however if it is tied into a backup, then the issue may reoccur.

Thanks so much for your reply. Right when I report this issue, I went ahead and reset (erase everything) and restore from my latest backup completed a couple of hours before. The restore took the complete day (more than ten hours) and the problems with videos not being reply and the cameras not working, disappear completely. It has been working fine so far. Nevertheless, I found very useful the articles you recommend me. I'm grateful. Thanks so much.
