Clash royale pending purchase

Hello, My card wasn’t working on my settings so I dug around and apparently I bought a chest from clash royale it was like a bundle even though I swore I canceled it when it popped up so I thought it worked when it didn’t give it to me but it was pending but once I paid for it I never received the chest or any of the gold which was promised I just wanna know if I’m not the only one because I didn’t even want that chest I just want something out of this mistake please help thank you.
