Apple Watch Nike run not matching with phone NRC apps

My Apple series 6 Nike version has recorded 14runs while my phone NRC apps shows 15 runs for December. The nrc has more mileage than Apple Watch. Why is this so ?

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities Wiinhan37,

We understand you're seeing a discrepancy in the activity shown in the Nike Run Club app, relative to the Activity app on your Apple Watch.

The following page provides important information about how Activity provides Exercise Credit: Use the Activity app on your Apple Watch

You can ensure you're getting the most accurate measurements by calibrating your Apple Watch using the steps found here: Get the most accurate measurements using your Apple Watch

For information on how the Nike Run Club app calculates, we recommend contacting the developer. The following page explains how: How to contact an app developer

Cheers!

Hi Wiinhan37,

We appreciate the clarification.

To be sure we understand, you're seeing all your runs on your Apple Watch, but they don't all show on the iPhone, do we have that right? Is the run that's missing, the most recent?

How long has it been since you completed the last run?

Has your iPhone been near the Apple Watch since? Is the Apple Watch connected to Wi-Fi? Connect your Apple Watch to Wi-Fi

Thanks!

Hi, perhaps I did not make myself clear. I am having a series 6 Nike version Apple Watch. I am using the Nike apps on the Apple Watch to time and track my running. After which it should be sync automatically to my NRC apps on the phone.

however I see my Apple Watch Nike apps has 1 run less compared to my phone NRC apps. I do not use my phone for run.

not sure why there are such a discrepancy and how do I fix it ?

Hi let me try to explain again .

I usually run using my Apple Watch to track my running using Nike apps on the Watch.

After the run, I suppose the Watch data will be sync with the phone automatically. I don’t often check.

lately i notice the the total mileage indicated on the Watch in this case 72.6km is not sane as the phone NRC apps (76.8km)

as the Watch only shows the last 5 runs on Nike apps, I am unable to track which run is missing on the Watch. For sure not the latest run. Is somewhere in between in December.

funny is the phone NRC apps has All the runs. The nrc apps received it data from the Watch. So technically the Watch should have all the runs data. But yet at this point, the Watch Seems to have 1 run missing compared to the Phone NRC apps.

I hope is clearer now.
