do iTunes lose trusted devices when uninstalled

Will I lose my trusted devices if I uninstall iTunes? also my iPhone 12 mini is bootlooped but I can't fix it because my other device isn't one of my trusted devices; what do I do? the device that is trusted isn't working well and doesn't run iTunes, so I need to uninstall it but if it won't be a trusted device if I uninstall it then I don't know what to do. Please help. thank you.

Uninstalling iTunes won't affect your list of trusted devices. See Manage two-factor authentication for your Apple ID from iPhone - Apple Support for background.
