Apple watch T-Mobile promotion for $100

I recently purchased an apple watch and activated my cellular on it. The promotion is that you will get a $00 GC or a Visa card if you purchase and activate a new apple watch. I'm supposed to get a promo code emailed to me. How long does this take?

You would need to ask T-Mobile that has nothing to do with Apple.
