Maps on Watch

Hi, how can I not have maps running on my AW4 when driving. I put a destination in my iPhone but it sends to my Watch as well. Am I being dumb? I just need maps on Watch when walking. Thank you !

Workout routes not showing in 9.2 (Race Route) In WatchOS 9.2 I’m not seeing routes in the Workout app. When I go to the start of my route, select Outdoor Run and filter on Routes, there are no options. I run the same route all the time and it shows up in Fitness on my iPhone so I know the watch and/or phone is recording the route. I thought it might have something to do with my route not being along a public road. So I just tested by running the same half mile twice on a sidewalk next to a road known to Maps. It measured the 0.5 miles the same within a stride or two so that tells me the GPS reading is consistent. Still when I went back to the start of the route it did not show up in Workouts. Outdoor run race route Hey, I've got the latest update for the apple watch and was keen to compete against my previous runs. I have done the same 'route' including start & stop same spot. Same duration run. Exact same course many many times before. but when i select outdoor run - route - nothing appears. I've given it a few days to collect the data and hope they will appear but nothing. I have checked with other apple watch users who run less frequently and have completed less runs on their routes and theirs are appearing. So not sure what i'm doing wrong. Thanks.

How to add Visible cellular service to Apple Watch SE? I am trying to setup my Apple Watch SE 2 on visible cellular service. I get to the page to add device but the page it cut off and I can’t click to add. I’ve tried adjusting font and zooming but still can’t get to it. How can I add the device? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

We understand that you would like to not receive directions on your Apple Watch while driving. We’d be glad to assist.

You can edit your Maps notifications settings in the Watch app on your iPhone under the My Watch tab > Maps.
