Parental App Approval Revoke App

I’m trying to setup a browser on my child’s iPhone, but can’t seem to get the parental controls to work properly. During this process, I approved the download of apps such as Chrome. I have deleted the Chrome app from the child’s iPhone, but it can still be downloaded from the App Store, without asking for approval. How can I revoke my previous approval for a particle app?
