Apple Music - albums not available in some country

My album is not showing on Apple Music. It keeps saying the item you’ve requested Is not currently available in the United States. What does that mean? My album “Come 2 Win” was released through Tunecore Distribution on January 7, 2022. It’s available now in all digital music stores exceed for Apple Music. I selected Apple Music and delivered it. What do I to fix this problem because I have a lot of fans wanting to purchase my album on Apple Music?
