Account is blocked from app store

Trying to make app purchases, but it says that my account has been blocked from app purchases. I have updated payment method, but still getting the same message. Any ideas how to update this?

You can:

👉🏼 Update Apple ID payment method.

👉🏼 If your payment method declined.

👉🏼 If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help. 
