When ever I try to configure my @icloud.com email in my device it’s not happening. But if I try to configure @gmail.com or yahoo mail it’s working.
I don’t understand why I can not configure the @icloud.com email in my iPhone.
please let me know if there is any solution for this.

There is no need to configure it. It is already set up.
If you can't see your account in the Mail app check
Settings, your name, iCloud snd see if iCloud Mail is toggled on
