my service provider Sri Lanka Dialog says that they cannot offer cellular facility for my apple watch series 7 US version.. May I ask why and is there any possibility to get access in Sri Lanka? I purchase this unit from apple store U.S

Network providers are very reluctant to support anything on a watch that wasn't bought in their country in case of any technical problems.
A cellular watch bought in the US will only function in North America,Canada,Mexico and Puerto Rico anywhere else it will function as a GPS only watch.
