After the latest update I noticed that when I make a call I cannot hear the phone ring on the other side nor can I barely hear the person. I have tried turning phone off/ on, going into the accessibility settings, airplane mode off/on, and nothing has seemed to work.
I need help getting my phone back to normal and being able to hear the other person on the phone.

Are you experiencing this low volume issue only on phone calls, or is it in other apps as well?
Does adjusting the volume while on the call make any difference, including decreasing or increasing at all? Adjust the volume on iPhone
If it's only happening on calls, try connecting a pair of headphones to see if that works well. If not, then try enabling speakerphone and check if the volume is at a normal level here. This will help to get things isolated down further.
Just to double-check, are you using iOS 15.2? This version was just released earlier this week, so we just wanted to be sure. If not, try updating to it as well: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
