AirPods Pro

hi there, am hoping you can help me my AirPods Pro started doing this yesterday not charging in the case the wireless box is 100% but my AirPods are not charging as you can see in the pictures below one minute there need charging then next there 100% then another time there 30% it’s driving me mad would you be able to help me please I’ve cleaned them reset them everything I can think of.
