Hi, I am using a 2021 MacBook Pro M1
When creating a quick action via Automator, and saving it in Users/user/Library/Services, it does not appear when right clicking a file in the finder:

Yes! that was it. I just had to click 'customise' and activate them there. Thanks so much
Is it set to receive files and folders in Finder?
Is there a Quick Action submenu. While it is still a Service, the Quick Actions have been separated into their own submenu separate from App-supplied Services.
It is, yes. I have dozens that were ported over from a Time Machine backup. Wondering if it has something to do with M1
