My chrome browser crashes when I only have approx 10 tabs open in one browser and not watching video.
When I have streaming video, the picture will freeze audio with continue and I need to close my computer in order to get it back to return to normal.
What should I do? Can I return it for another one?

Give Brave browser a try. It is based on Chrome, but seems to have fewer problems.
